Across two high‑impact days, our conferences bring together the people shaping the future of space: government leaders, global primes, pioneering SMEs, investors, innovators, and mission‑driven specialists from across defence, civil, and commercial sectors.
An international meeting point for designers, engineers, scientists, developers, suppliers and launchers in the small satellites sector. SSSIF offers a unique environment to explore the latest technological advances, share knowledge, and connect with leading voices in the industry.
Over three days, participants will discover new opportunities, exchange experiences, and shape the future of space together.
GNSS Under Attack - can we still trust the GPS we rely on every day? - Workshop
Organiser
Integricom
The workshop addresses the resilience, security, and reliability of GNSS systems (including GPS and Galileo) amid rising jamming and spoofing threats that increasingly affect critical civilian infrastructures across Europe, from energy and telecommunications to transport, logistics, and finance.
Designed for a mixed audience, the event requires no prior GNSS expertise. The programme builds knowledge step by step and combines strategic, regulatory, and technical perspectives, highlighting that GNSS resilience is as much a policy and risk-management issue as a technological one.
Participants may choose between two tracks:
Track A – Policy & Strategic Focus (½ day, 5 February morning):
A non-technical session for decision-makers, regulators, and managers, focusing on the societal and economic role of GNSS, regulatory aspects, and high-level resilience strategies.
Track B – Technical Focus (2 days, including Track A):
A deeper technical programme covering GNSS fundamentals, error sources, jamming and spoofing, and engineering resilience solutions, with live demonstrations and laboratory sessions.
The workshop brings together European experts from TU Berlin, TU Graz, UPC Barcelona, and BME, offering direct expert engagement, cross-sector networking, and a certificate of participation.
2026 will mark a turning point for Europe’s space ecosystem. Key decisions will shape the next decade: the outcomes of the ESA Ministerial Council meeting, the negotiations of the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework and its Competitiveness Fund, and the development of the future EU Space Programme and its components.
The European Space Conference will provide a platform to debate these critical issues, and also engage in high-level dialogues on upcoming space and defence initiatives, national space strategies, and Europe’s role in global partnerships.
The Winter Satellite Workshop is the leading New Space event in Finland, Scandinavia, and the Baltic region. It brings together multiple space-focused events under one umbrella, creating a unique forum for collaboration and exchange. The workshop unites space technology experts, scientists, and students to explore emerging topics in the rapidly evolving space sector. Its scope covers New Space developments, small satellite missions and platforms, space science and instrumentation, Earth observation, and the sustainable use of space.
Our goal is to strengthen collaboration in the European space sector across generations and disciplines, bringing together students, academics, industry, innovators, policymakers, and funding agencies.
Recognising AI’s immense potential to enable – even revolutionise – the space downstream market, EUSPA is organising EUSPA AI Week. During the virtual event, scheduled for 19 – 23 January 2026, various EUSPA-funded Horizon Europe and Fundamental Elements projects will provide a brief overview of their work and share how they use AI to address topics relevant to the space downstream sector.
Each session will include ample time for questions and answers. You can find the registration, agenda, along with information about the showcased projects below.
On Wednesday 14 January 2026, the European Space Agency (ESA) will hold an online Post-CM25 Industry Event for all ESA industrial partners. ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher and all ESA Directors will present the outcomes of the ESA Council at Ministerial Level 2025, which took place on 26 and 27 November 2025 in Bremen, Germany, where European ministers gathered to define the future course of Europe’s space ambitions. They will also highlight key follow-up opportunities for industry across ESA programmes.

Third Budapest Conference on Space Law and Policy
Organiser
Institute of Aerospace and Telecommunications Law (Ludovika University of Public Service, Budapest) in cooperation with the National Media and Infocommunications Authority and the Hungarian Astronautical Society
The aim of the conference is to provide a high-level international forum for academics, policymakers, industry leaders, and representatives of international organizations to exchange ideas, share research findings, and discuss current challenges and opportunities in the evolving landscape of European space governance. The event seeks to foster dialogue between different sectors and disciplines, promoting a deeper understanding of how Europe can strengthen its position as a global space actor.
This year’s edition will place particular emphasis on the ways in which new European and national initiatives - such as emerging space strategies, regulatory frameworks, and investment programs - interact with broader technological, economic, and geopolitical developments. By examining these dynamics, the conference aims to shed light on how Europe’s strategic ambitions in outer space are being defined, negotiated, and implemented in an increasingly competitive and complex international environment.
